If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, please follow these steps…

  1. Download, print and complete this Health History form (Health_History_Questionnaire_MW.pdf)  and bring it to your first workout. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of your first class. If you answer yes to any of the questions this does not mean that you cannot take part, but please give us a ring to discuss.
  2. Email your park instructor on to book your first workout info@MWSalford.co.uk. He will respond with a confirmation email.
  3. If you are aged 45 or over or severely overweight. Please contact us prior to attending Military Workout to discus your suitability.
  4. If you have not had your blood pressure checked in the last 6 months (regardless of age) we strongly recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class to have this checked. Please inform us beforehand that you wish to have your blood pressure taken.

We have a variety of payment options which enable you to have total control over what you want, and when you want it.

Option 1} PAYG - Pay As You Go: £7 per session.

Option 2} Full Membership}Unlimited Sessions - Unlimited membership only £32 per month. Valid for one calender month.

Master Military Workout Trainer Neil Harrison manages  the venue.

Neil is one of only two Master Trainers currently qualified in the country.

All sessions are 60 minutes duration.
